CCD vision inspection

1. High precision: The detection accuracy can reach micrometer level (such as 0.01mm), far exceeding manual visual inspection (usually only millimeter level); 2. High speed: Single frame detection time can be as low as milliseconds, suitable for high-speed production lines (such as detecting hundreds of parts per minute); 3. Non contact: Avoid damage to objects (such as appearance parts and precision electronic components) during the detection process; 4. Strong stability: not affected by artificial fatigue or emotions, with unified testing standards and traceable data; 5. Scalability: Upgrade the detection types through algorithm upgrades (such as adding defect type recognition).

Manual full inspection

Although machine vision inspection has advantages in efficiency, consistency, and other aspects, manual full inspection still occupies an important position in the field of appearance inspection due to its sensitivity to complex defects, scene adaptability, humanized judgment, and low-cost practicality. It is particularly suitable for product scenes with small batches, multiple categories, high complexity, or high subjective aesthetic requirements. In practical applications, a combination mode of "manual+machine" is often used to balance efficiency and accuracy.
